The requirements to register a company in Singapore are straightforward:
Company name: ACRA Approved company name.
Local director: You need to appoint at least one Singapore resident director in your company.
Shareholders: You need to have at least one shareholder in your company, up to 50 shareholders.
Registered address: You need to have a local registered address for company office in Singapore, it can be a residential or commercial address. If it is a residential address, you should seek approval from HDB or URA first.
Company Secretary: You need to appoint a company secretary within six months from the date of company incorporation. A sole director or shareholder cannot be the company secretary as well.
Initial capital: You need paid-up initial capital of minimum S$1.
